As standard our garden rooms are finished using beautiful Siberian Larch fitted vertically (or horizontally if you prefer), each panel measuring 120 mm wide x 25mm thick. Larch is a particularly hardy wood that will protect and endure the harshest of seasonal weather conditions. Other wood finishes such as cedar or wood composite can also be arranged on request.
You can choose from a range of door and window styles. Patio, French and bi-fold door options available. Our windows and doors are fitted with 22mm double glazed energy efficient K GlassTM. We also provide integral window and door blinds (blinds within the double-glazed units) as an optional extra.
Flooring choices can be discussed and adapted to your particular needs. As standard we use high quality, high stability Woodpecker easiloc flooring. A superior flooring system that is both waterproof and extremely durable for even the most demanding of uses. Please find flooring style choices here.
Our garden rooms are insulated with 100mm Kingspan K108 on floor and ceiling areas, the walls are fitted with 80mm Kingspan Kooltherm cavity insulation boards also using 22mm insulation plasterboard on all wall areas. – Insulation Brand Kingspan – 100mm insulation thickness throughout. -Thermal Conductivity 0.018W/mK

EPDM is a durable rubber roofing membrane which is used worldwide. It provides a watertight and highly durable roofing solution for small and large Domestic projects with flat roof structures. The main positives of our highly durable roofing solution is that it will it protect the property from harsh weather conditions all year round, also benefiting from long life expectancy, low maintenance, and good environmental benefits. EPDM rubber is a highly durable material with a life expectancy of over 50 years, this is considerably more than traditional roofing materials. It is designed for flat or low-sloped roof surfaces and creates a waterproof barrier to your roof structure.

Connection to your home
We provide a service fitting external armoured cable connecting your garden room to your home power supply for an additional fee. This must always be carried out by a qualified electrician. Certification will be provided by Lakeland Garden Spaces upon completion of any agreed Electrical works carried out during our fitting service.
Our workshop is located in the centre of Kendal, Cumbria. A vibrant market town known as the gateway to the Lake District. We provide both a supply only and supply and installation service. Our dedicated installers are tried and tested in the trade and will make sure every detail is as it should be. If you would prefer to use your own tradesmen to install the garden room we’ll make sure they have all they need in terms of installation instructions and we are more than happy to provide over the phone assistance should they have any questions.
